The main materials of spun-bonded non wovens are polyester and polypropylene, with high strength and high temperature resistance


Spun-bonded nonwovens: the polymer is extruded and stretched to form continuous filament, and then the filament is laid into a net. The fiber mesh is then self bonded, thermally bonded, chemically bonded or mechanically reinforced to turn the web into a non-woven fabric.
